Why did you choose veterinary medicine?
“I've always been an animal person, but it never really occurred to me that I could make a career out of it until both of my parents suggested it to me.”
Tell me about your pets.
“My pit mix Holly came to me as a foster bottle baby shortly after I started at TCVH. I was helping my mom with Holly and two of her littermates but Holly was the one that looked deep into my soul. Kokoro is a rat terrier that I share with my mom. She was a puppy from a litter of my grandparents dog. We have maintained a single lineage of puppies for over 20 years.”
